It’s important to take your medication as prescribed. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it’s almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue with your regular schedule. Never take two doses to make up for a missed one.

If you lose your prescription, contact your doctor to request a replacement. You may also reach out to our pharmacy if you’ve previously purchased the medication, as we may be able to assist in obtaining a copy of the prescription.

Do not throw medications in the bin or flush them down the toilet, as this can harm the environment. Improper disposal can also put unused medications at risk of being accessed by others. Check with your local pharmacy or healthcare provider for available safe drug disposal programmes.

Delivery via Trackable Courier Service usually takes 10–21 days. Shipments can be monitored using a tracking number, and the maximum delivery time is up to 30 days.
